1. What ingredients do you use in your body butter?
We use 100% natural ingredients—no synthetic fragrances, parabens, or preservatives. Our body butters are made with nourishing plant-based oils and butters such as shea butter, coconut oil, Calendula oil, Jojoba oil, Rosehip fruit oil, and essential oils, carefully chosen for their skin-loving benefits.
2. Is your body butter suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes! Our formulas are designed to be gentle and deeply moisturizing, especially for dry or sensitive skin. However, as with any new product, we recommend doing a patch test first to ensure there’s no allergic reaction.
3. Can your products be used during pregnancy?
Many of our products are made with natural, gentle ingredients that are generally safe for use during pregnancy. However, some formulations may contain essential oils that expectant mothers are advised to avoid.
We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before using any new skincare product during pregnancy, and feel free to contact us if you'd like a full ingredient list before purchasing.
4. How should I store my body butter?
Keep your body butter in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Because we use no artificial preservatives, high temperatures can cause the product to melt or spoil more quickly.
5. Do you test on animals?
Absolutely not. Pure Deep Naturals is cruelty-free. We never test our products or ingredients on animals, and we source from suppliers who follow the same ethical standards.
6. Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! We offer free local delivery within 10 km of our location. Orders are delivered same-day or next-day between 9 AM and 6 PM (Eastern Time). You’ll receive a notification when your order is on the way.
7. When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey. Local deliveries don’t require shipping and will be brought right to your door.
8. Can I return or exchange a product?
We want you to love your purchase. If a product isn’t right for you, you can return unused or gently used items within 30 days. Please see our Return Policy for full details.
9. Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes. We are committed to sustainable packaging and use recyclable materials wherever possible. We encourage you to reuse or recycle your containers.
